FRESHSPI does not store your credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking credentials.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (except Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable).

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery is generally completed within 7 working days across India.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a No Questions Asked Return Policy for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Leaking
  • Incorrectly delivered
  • Missing items

Customers should report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds or replacements will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
