Refund policy

At FRESHSPI, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering our premium spices and pure coconut oil. If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we're here to help with our No Questions Asked Return Policy.

1. Eligible Returns

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The product is leaking or the packaging is broken.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive an item with missing contents.

For these cases, no questions asked we will gladly replace the product or issue a refund.

2. Return Request

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos or a short video showing the damaged or incorrect product
  • Your contact details

This helps us improve our packaging and shipping process.

3. Refund or Replacement

Once your request is verified, you can choose either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement of the same product.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval and credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed (unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery).
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Return requests made more than 24 hours after delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
