Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Once your order is dispatched, it is typically delivered within 7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation delays, or remote service locations.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional orders from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp with your tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. FRESHSPI is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
